We started using CATCH call handling in May when lockdown measures were starting to ease, and we could no longer cover the phone lines with a skeleton engineer staff crew. There wasn’t enough call volume or work to take back our office staff, so we decided to try Abbie and her team after getting very good reviews from others who have used their services.

We have not been disappointed with the service they offer, they are extremely helpful and friendly, and many customers comment on how efficient our new receptionist is!

Outsourcing the phone line has been one of the best decisions we have made as it is so much more productive in the office when the phones aren’t ringing all the time and you have more information available when you do call a customer back.

Emergencies are passed straight through to our mobiles and they are working very efficiently for our staff and our customers.
